Welcome to my blog, friends, family, professors, bosses, co-workers, acquaintances, and those alike! I am so excited to keep you updated on the many experiences I will have while in Nürnberg, Germany! I will be there from February through August, 2012, and boy am I excited, nervous, anxious, happy, scared, etc!!!!
As of today, I have only 40 days until departure from Minneapolis to Germany! I will be flying from Minnesota to Frankfurt international airport. From there I plan to meet up with my dear friend, Sandy Biro of Germany, whom I met through our high school’s exchange student program. I plan to stay with her for a few days, then head to Nürnberg where I will move into my student apartment and get situated in my new home!
Hopefully everything goes as planned so I can get used to the everyday life of my new university, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg! I cannot wait to travel and see other historical countries and cities like Rome, Prague, Vienna, and Salzburg! This experience will not be secluded to Germany alone, nope, it will include many of the surrounding countries! Lets just hope I have enough Geld (money)!!
